Print quality was poor. Not as depicted

Pretty bad experience all around. The first shirt I received was a faded coral and gray rather than the Halloween orange and black. The interior clothing tag was fused to the design on the front as well. I contacted the company immediately after receiving the defective shirt and was offered a reprint. 3 weeks after first contacting the company about the defective shirt and over a month after the initial order, I still hadn't received the second shirt. I contacted the company again for an update, and was told there was no "movement" on my item's tracking (?) and would I like a refund? Yes, please! Next time I will definitely go straight to Etsy, I may pay a little more but at least the product will be as promised. I don't know if there ever really even was a second "reprint" of the shirt. I've contacted the company regarding when I can expect the refund. Waiting for a response...

Was excited to receive this item. When I did, was shocked at the lack of vibrance of the decal and name.....Very dull. Not at all like the online image presented itself as. Upon laundering, the decal/name faded even more. So my sons first use of his Frankenstein tshirt this October will be as if he'd worn it several times.

applique on shirt already looks faded. The font and candy corn is adorable - I just wish I was a brighter color.
