I still haven't received my order which was placed on September 17. I even followed up asking when it would ship and I was told two weeks ago. You would think they'd want you to receive your Halloween item to use during the actual Halloween season. How do I get an order status/ refund if it hasn't shipped??

Loved it! Got it as a birthday gift for my nephew and he looks adorable.
