The transfer is cute, but it was shipped several days AFTER the estimated ship date, and the seller never responded to my e-mail inquiry asking for a status update...disappointing to have such a small window of time to actually use this now :( Scratch that...never got to use it anyways...it was not printed on quality heat transfer paper and did not transfer well...the shirt is ruined:(( I will NEVER order again from this seller!

Like the product, but slow on shipping in my opinion. Needed for a party and ordered 3 weeks ahead of time. Received the day of the party, had already purchased back up bags from retailer.
It is my fault, but I did think it came in a frame.
