Adorable! Love it!

Ordered on April 18, and they said it would ship by May 4. I didn't get a shipment notification by the date they had specified they would ship by so I emailed the company on May 8, and asked when I could expect my shirt as it was a gift for my Mom. I got a shipment notification the next day, on May 9, and then an email to say that they had updated the shipment notification and should expect my shirt in a few days. It did arrive on May 8, but not in time to mail to my Mom for Mother's Day. I feel like my order got lost in the shuffle and were only prompted to mail it out when I inquired about it. And there was no apology in the email about the delay in shipping or anything! When the shirt arrived, I had ordered a gray women's cut tshirt with black writing. They shirt is not good quality at all. I was expecting a super soft tshirt material, and it's like the scratchy rough tshirt material. A little bummed about the quality.

The product itself was good, the time and customer service was terrible. I made the purchase nearly 2 weeks ago and requested that it arrive at my house by Wednesday (Mother's Day is sunday!) and they shipped it OUT on Wednesday. I live in Michigan so I still needed to send it out to my mom and now it won't get there until AFTER Mother's Day. I wrote an email to say if it wouldn't arrive by Wednesday then to refund my purchase. They Ignored my email and shipped it out. A response would have been appreciated to let me know of the delay! I will order elsewhere next time.

Runs small

Not sure what the deal was with this order. I contacted the seller after never receiving my order, and she offered to resend it or refund. I asked to resend it out, as it was a gift for my husband. This was well over a month ago, and still never got it.

Awful!!! I ordered this shirt a month ago, still do not have it!!!!! Cannot get an answer on where it is or a refund!

Product was great. Vendor took a long time to ship.

The words were a faded black.

Shipping was extremely slow!! Bought it in April for Mother's Day. Said it would be delivered by May 4th. I received it on May 11 only after I sent an email complaint to Jane and the company selling the shirt. Terrible customer service!! It will now get to my mother after Mother's Day since she lives in a different state than I do. I thought if I ordered it over a month in advance I would have gotten it on time. No apologies from the company other than to let them know if I wanted to return the item after I finally got it for a refund. Also, the quality of the t-shirt itself was cheap. I will never order from this company again.

Great tote! Arrived quickly! I cannot wait to give it to my daughters teacher filled with goodies she loves!!

Shirt seems fine, however shipping is a disaster. The shops guaranteed ship by date was late by a few days.
