The shirt was exactly what I wanted but I was disappointed on how long it took to get here. Other than that I'm satisfied.

The quality of this apron was disappointing. Also one of the pockets had a hole in it.

I can't begin to say enough about Dawn's excellent customer service. I ordered 3 shirts and they got lost in the mail. I immediately emailed Dawn and told her that I had waited the 10 days for my order but still didn't have it. She looked into it and automatically asked if I wanted a refund or re-shipment. She didn't make me whine or complain about postal service she just did the right thing. I asked for a re-shipment and she sent 3 right away and I still received them in plenty of time to give to my kiddos teachers. The shirts are super soft and really cute! I will certainly do business with Dawn again!
