This order was placed a month ago and I still have not received it. With no reply to 3 e mails.

Placed an original order for 6 shirts. 4 out of the 6 had a misspelled word. Contacted seller for reprints...been almost a month now & still haven't received replaced shirts! Emailed multiple times, but never receive detailed immediate responses.

Sooooo disappointed!! I was actually beyond in love with this shirt when I received my purchase. Until I realized there was a large hole in the back. When I contacted the seller I was just refunded my money and not given a new shirt. Now the product is no longer being sold so I can't buy it again. Very unhappy!!!!!

I'm angry because I ordered this a long time ago and have not received this item do not buy from these sellers anymore!!! And I messaged the seller and they never messaged back!!! Awful!!

It ran very large. It's always difficult to know sizes without seeing them in person. Ordering clothes online can be a gamble on sizing/fitting/ and quality. I will wear as a sleep shirt.

Beautiful and just what i wanted, but the sign arrived bent.

I ordered this shirt, and while shipping took a long time (like the details say) the shirt arrived and had a misprint. The seller said they would send me a new shirt (because the misprint was their fault) and after a few emails to the seller and one month of time, my new shirt has not shipped. I do not reccomend buying from them.

Horrible customer service from this seller! It took over 2 months of emailing the seller to even get my order shipped and when it arrived only one of my shirts was shipped (I ordered 2). When I contacted the seller again to find out where my second shirt was I received no response. I emailed a second time and still heard nothing. Jane customer service even contacted the seller on my behalf and there was not a response. Luckily Jane customer service was friendly and helpful and was able to get me a refund without having to deal with this seller. The shirt is cute but I would never shop through this seller again.
