Shipping took forever. When I asked why it was taking so long I did get a response the there had been some printing mistakes so they were doing them over again. Size and color and look are fine, but if you want by Christmas order at least 2 months in advance.

Took over month for my order to even be shipped!

UPDATE 9/16 My item arrived today and is true to size and lovely color. I did contact Jane customer support and my item shipped the next day. ORIGINAL: I have yet to receive my item. It has been in preshipment since August 29. It is now September 8. I wish I had read reviews saying it took over a month to receive and that the seller did not resolve issues/had poor communication. As a business owner myself, this is poor form.

My order was suppose to ship by August 31. It is September 8th, and it had yet to ship. I have emailed the seller and have yet to hear back.

It was not even close to the orange color that was pictured. Very disappointed.
