Still waiting for this to show up after a month since ordering. A freaking month!!! No contact from shop, not even tracking info shows up that product is with carrier after this long, utterly disappointing.

I can’t comment on the fit or quality of this shirt yet because I have not received it. It was a gift and unfortunately I could not give it because it was supposed to be shipped on October 2. Today is the 10th and it is in transit. It normally wouldn’t bother me, things happen, but I emailed TWICE asking about the status and never heard back, leaving me in limbo and forcing me to get another gift at the last minute. Again, I’m sure it’ll be a great shirt, I just didn’t appreciate the lack of communication.

Buyers beware-Horrible customer service! My item ordered never shipped out at the time it was supposed to! I emailed the seller several times with no response and i even tracked them down via fb and messaged them on there but still no response! I eventually got my item but still no response from seller! I’ll never purchase from them again!

Colors on the shirt image that I received are very washed out, not vivid at all. Looks like an iron decal that you can do at home. Very disappointed in this purchases!!!

Ordered on September 17th with a ship date "no later than October 2nd." It's now October 10th and it's still "processing." It will be winter by the time it gets here-- if it even does. I have emailed seller- no response. Emailed jane.com tonight. Hoping for better results

Ordered mid-September, said it would ship by Sept. 30. There is a tracking # but when you click on it, it shows nothing - not even that the package was ever received by the post office. It’s October 10 already. They should not give an estimated ship date that they know they’re not even going to come close to. Reading the other reviews I see this is a common problem.

Ordered on September 13th. Have contacted the seller multiple times with only one response that stated they will look into it. Shipping date stated September 28th and still have yet to receive my order. Not impressed with the company at all. Ordered for an upcoming trip which I will now not get it in time for.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER! THEY DID NOT SHIP ON STATED DATE AND WHEN IT DID SHIP IT WENT FIRST TO AN ADDRESS IN A DIFFERENT STATE! THEY WOULD NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS ABOUT WHY I HAD NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AND I HAD TO INVOLVE JANE.COM. WHEN I FINALLY DID RECEIVE THEM THEY ARE VERY FADED IN COLOR AND YOU CAN SEE THE ENTIRE OUTLINE OF THE DESIGN. THEY LOOK CHEAP. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THEIR QUALITY OF ITEMS IS JUST AS BAD. AFTER EVERYTHING IVE GONE THRU WITH THEM I SHOULD BE GETTING REFUNDED!

Terrible print quality. Ordered the Hate Hate Hate shirt and the printing is faded.

Very frustrated with this Vendor as I haven't received the item even though I purchased it on Sept 16th. Even reached out to them but no further movement. Yet, another negative experience with Jane.com. Disappointing...
