I love the shirt the only problem is there seems to be a printing mistake on the top which I emailed about 😀
The product itself is adorable. Took 3 weeks to ship and I even sent an email which I received no response to.

DO NOT ORDER from this seller! Never received the shirt I ordered! Horrible customer service. I emailed seller several times and so did Jane with no response. Thankfully Jane refunded my money.
I am sorry you feel that way, the item was last seen, per your tracking in jane at an APO address on 9/12. We certainly intended for you to receive the items we personalized and shipped, but there must have been something else that happened at the postal service. If the item is lost in the mail, typically a refund is given at that point. I am sorry about that!
Love these! The kids are so excited! The print is a little lighter on the bags than shown in the photos, but still adorable.

Looks and feels cheap. Took forever to ship and shop didn't respond when I contacted them about the order.
Received my shirt after a week or two of placing my order. The design was upside down and crooked. Clearly there is no quality control.
Yes, I know it is ridiculous! The print actually looks almost the same both ways when backwards- and although that is no excuse, in any way, It was certainly an oversight and a real mistake!
So cute! The red is more vibrant that what it looks like on the screen, but I think it looks better that way! On the screen it looks more dull, but it's actually a brighter red---perfect for Christmas!
The shirt is great, although more faded than the vibrant photo, but I like it. My only issue is the shipping. I was okay with it being 3 weeks, but when we went over that by another week even after contacting the company. I get that orders probably were crazy and they had a lot to do, but an email stating a delay would have been nice. Overall, I'm happy with the product!
