I finally received my hat I ordered a month or more ago and luckily I like it. The bad thing is you guys are the only and first company that took way longer to ship my order and not only that, I ordered a black hat but you sent me a blue hat so that tells me you obviously don't care much about your customers to take forever and a month to ship my order and then you don't pay attention to the details of my order. I'm very disappointed with your service and so glad I didn't order anything that cost me more than what I paid for my hat because you probably would've sent me the wrong order. I won't buy from you again because I don't trust that you will ship me my correct order!!

I am highly disappointed. I ordered these labels for Christmas cards and chose the wreath with red bow. Only the first wreath on the page has a red bow. The rest only have the bottom part of the ribbon. I emailed the seller about this issue and I did not get a response.
