I love the shirt but custom service is lacking. I ordered 2 shirts on September 16th. I received 1 shirt on September 23rd. I immediately sent a chat through Jane to report the missing shirt. I have been in contact with customer service from both Jane.com and the seller. As of today, I have not received the missing shirt or a refund. Very disappointed in the way this has been handled.
