The product was nothing like the one in her pictures on the website. It took an exceptionally long time to get. When I emailed the seller to let her know that I was unhappy, her reply to me was that I was rude.

I am sorry you thought my response was rude. Please re read your email to us where you insisted we sent the wrong shirt, we made the mistake, and our product was ugly. We sent the correct order with the correct personalization and offered to you that you may return. We also let you know that calling a product that some ones makes and is proud of ugly is offensive. I LOVE the design of this shirt, but the quality is very different from the picture. In the product picture, the design is dark and easy to see. In the actual product I received, the design is poorly screen printed on. The colors are faded and the personalization is hard to see because of this. I was very excited about this product, and I was disappointed with the product in person.
