My personalized bags were delivered to the wrong address. When I inquired, the seller was reluctant to accept I hadn’t received them. Then the seller asked me to track down the order myself by asking neighbors or going to the post office. My kindergarten class won’t get what I wanted to give them for Valentines Day. Terrible customer service.
