Cutest shirt ever..Very good quality!!

Definitely not what I expected or what was pictured. I ordered the pineapple print towel. The design is screen printed onto the towel and only over the center of the towel. There are about 3 inches on either side that are just white. There's no black border along the towel, and actually my circle isn't even black it's an odd green shade. It literally looks like a 50 cent towel that has pineapples printed on half of one side. I definitely wouldn't buy this again and I would return it if I could. It also took over two weeks to get to me. Really disappointed because I wanted to love it so much.

Ordered three shirts and requested one to say “Oma.” It came to me after forever and reads as “Ima.” After a week and a half on waiting for a response and sending a picture of the shirt multiple times, she said her graphic designer said the font was correct. I wish I could post a picture because it does not look like an “O.” I requested a refund and all she could tell me after I sent multiple emails once more is that I would have to return the shirt in order to get a refund. Too bad I already gave the shirt with embarrassment because I had nothing else to gift my mother in law at the last minute. Maybe if I didn’t have to wait forever for a response initially, maybe I could have ordered something else. Poor customer service and forever long wait times for the item to be shipped and to get any response.

I placed my order on 2/19/18 and still have not received it as of 5/10/18. I have not heard any update from the seller either. I have contacted JANE for a refund or order status.

Order in advance if getting as a gift. Loved it once I received, but took almost a month to get it. I understand custom items do take a little longer, but I emailed seller and did not get a reply.
