The wrong design got selected and I let the seller know. Although this item is not custom Or personalized they are calling it as such so I was unable to return. This was very disheartening as I dont make much and got this as a special gift for some teachers and since the photo on the order was correct for what I wanted I didnt see that it had the wrong design name and now I can’t get my money back. SUPER disappointed in the customer service from this shop.

Hello, I checked the log and you did email us stating that we sent the wrong design. When I checked your invoice and forwarded to you stating that it was the correct design you had stated that it was not correct. I will email you back the return information if you would like to return.

Sweater is cheap and already had some pilling balls on it in several spots. Also was quite stiff and not very cozy. The print was cute and applied nicely just wish the sweater used was better quality.
