I ordered 3 shirts. Only received TWO. I ordered way in advance of our trip to Potterworld and am SUPER disappointed that one of my kids will not have a shirt to wear. My order status shows COMPLETE. What a lie. Will the sellers correct this issue before I leave on my trip? We shall see.

The print and color of the design of the T-shirt I ordered was completely wrong. The blue stars were purple and the arrows were pink not red. Also the actual design on the shirt was not the same as advertised. Even the color of the shirt was off. I have emailed them and still haven’t heard back from them. Horrible customer service. I would not order from this seller again.

This item took weeks to ship and the sizing was not true at all. I bought the shirt in large for myself, but it runs more like a women's 2x. Also, the quality of the material feels cheap and the colors on the design are not what I had hoped for. I do not plan to buy from Party On! again.

Never received the shirt. I moved and hadn’t yet received it, it showed that it hadn’t yet shipped so I contacted the seller to notify. They said as long as mail is forwarded I’ll be OK. I had my mail forwarded already, so I was expecting the package. Packages are actually on the mail not forwarded list, so someone else got my shirt. When they contacted them the girl claimed she never received it. I contacted seller and they said they can only refund shipping. Absolutely disappointed.
