This was such a disappointing experience… I ordered this sweater for a Christmas party on 12/9 said it should arrive by 12/19 the day of the party. I sent an email asking if there was anyway to get it a day early even if I had to pay rush shipping which was never responded to and then it didn’t even show up until 12/24… On top of that this “oversized” sweatshirt is not it’s actually narrow in the waist glad I still ordered a size up or it wouldn’t have fit… the coloring is not bold its like pastels… I won’t order from this shop again.

When placing my order I requested the studious reindeer. In the pictures provided by the app/website the reindeer had eyelashes (I was super excited about a cute girl reindeer shirt for myself), and I wasn’t sent a reindeer without eyelashes. I know it sounds silly, but when looking at that specific item, that was what I wanted. When I received the item (shipping was quick!) I was disappointed that it wasn’t what was described. I reached out to customer service and they denied my refund/return the first time. When responding and adding additional pictures, I was issued a refund. Note to seller: offer options or sell the item pictured.
