I reached out to the seller for my order to be fixed (not returned). However, I was simply informed that since this is personalized (says "4th grade"), I cannot return it. However, the 4 in "4th" is noticeably a completely different font than "th" and "grade." It is also not lined up like in the sample pictures. I'm still going back and forth with the seller to try and get fixed the item that I paid for...
