Custom Teacher Quote Tote Bags | 6 Designs

I received the incorrect bag and contacted the seller immediately. Seller was slow to respond and correct. (I'm actually still waiting for the replacement) The seller never apologized and I missed our opportunity to give to the teacher for Christmas. I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service as well as the initial error which caused this. Anyone want a bag that says "Mrs Anderson"? :(
