I've purchased many items on Jane and have always had pleasant experiences, usually purchasing from sellers on their other platforms after my original purchase on Jane. I purchased this back in November. Received notification that label was printed and would be shipping soon, beginning of Novembe I believe it was the 10th. Didn't think much of it until I checked on December 4th because I still hadn't received it. Contacted seller and was responded to in adequate time. I was told it would be mailed on Monday, December 7th, I agreed that would be fine but asked for updated shipping. Did not receive tracking on Monday or Tuesday so I reached out again. On Tuesday evening I was told tracking would be sent to me in the morning on Wednesday. Waited all day Wednesday and still nothing so I reached out again. I felt as shop owner was a little annoyed at me reaching out over and over again but I'm my defense it was supposed to be mailed out a month ago and I didn't receive it yet. Seller sent me two tracking numbers and stated the second one was in fact the tracking for the item. I checked it and nothing was updated. She stated that Usps doesn't scan items sometimes until right before delivery, this is not true as I reached out to my postmaster. Items are always scanned upon receipt, they may be missed as they go through postal system but not upon receipt. The tracking also said that the label was created at 11 pm on the 9th which was not what seller had original promised or stated in emails. I was offered a refund and was told to keep the items that were mailed. Since items were not shipped yet according to tracking provided, I told seller to keep her items but to please send me a refund, which I have received.

Nice products. Very nice quality. Shipping was a bit long but got them in time to enjoy for Christmas.
