Fits at the top but flat, not fitted. The bottom is very big and flowy. In the picture it looks blousy and somewhat straight but there is a lot of extra material. It would definitely twirl like a skirt. Cute with a front tuck.
Love this shirt! I bought the black and the weight is substantial, hardly see-through...so cute with jeans or with a skirt for work.
