Cute dress, runs a little small/slim fitting, probably have to pass to a friend

It is a loose fit but is so cute tucked in the front of shorts or pants. Love this shirt!
I'm sure it's just the white, but it is so shear. The black may be adorable, but they didn't have it in my size. Size wise, I always order bigger, and it was a perfect fit.
