Colorblock Side Slit Sweater Top

It's not a sweater, it's a thin material sweatshirt. Feels cheap and came with a hole in it. When I emailed the company, with a close up picture of the hole, I got a response asking for another picture of the entire sweatshirt showing the hole. As if they thought I might have taken a picture of a hole in another garment. Why would I do that? Would definitely not recommend.

Hi Pamela! Very surprised to see this here, as I thought we had cleared up any misunderstanding after you replied with an extremely angry message when asked for a full garment photo. As explained : "We need the photos for all defective items to keep on file for our manufacturer. It is nothing personal towards you. And we have to ask you to take the photos instead of taking it ourselves because we are not planning to ask you to return it." I thanked you for the photo, ignored further verbal abuse, refunded, and also asked you to reply back if you had any concern or question about our request. We didn't hear back, so it seemed the misunderstanding was cleared up. I am sorry to see you are still upset that we asked for proof of damage. I'm not sure why a business asking for proof of damage before refunding would be taken as a personal attack, but I apologize for the inconvenience.

Shipping was a nightmare! Because it took so long I contacted the company twice asking for help. The second time they offered a full refund and to cancel the order, which I took. Three days later the dress came and they charged my account for it😩. I wore it once and it’s already starting to pick apart at the front because of the poor quality. Terrible customer service

Hi Anna. I'm not sure if you got us mixed up with another order, but from our record, we never discussed a refund. You emailed stating your item was not received. We replied that we would send you a replacement and proceeded to ship it out the same day and it was delivered a few days later. So your account was simply charged for what you purchased and received.

True to sized relaxed fit. I love this tunic! I am short (5’2”) and was able to wear as a dress all summer and now that it is fall I just throw on leggings and cardigan. I have it in all three colors I love it so much. I wish they had more colors!
