Should be a zero, never received the item after almost a month. Seller did not respond to email after several days. Editing review: Seller replied to confirm the shirt was lost in the mail and sent a new one. It came today and is so beautiful! It will look great at holiday parties. Only leaving off one star because seller did not respond to email quickly. The shirt itself gets 5 stars!

Balloon Sleeve Dress

Dress was too tight across the chest. I contacted the seller to return, and I followed all instructions. I have delivery confirmation that the dress was received over two weeks ago. I still do not have my refund, and I am out the return shipping. The item itself wasn't one star - sometimes things don't fit. But the level of customer service from Olive Jane is very disappointing. I would not recommend anyone purchasing anything from them if there is a chance you'll want to return it.
