Never received this item.  I receive some of the items in my order so go figure how did that happen please issue me a credit

Such a light, flowy too. So cute & flattering. The reason for the 4 stars if the neck is a little small, a little tight. I have an average sz neck & this is a little irritating but I’ll still wear it cuz it’s so dang cute!
