Pocket Drawstring Pants | Size Small Only

While these pants seem well made, I wasn't expecting them to look so shiny…they look more linen-like in the photos. Personally, I don’t care for shiny-looking pants, so I returned them. The company was quick to respond and made my return very easy. While these pants weren’t right for me, the company was pleasant to deal with.

Grace Draped Top

Originally ordered this top on 11/24/21. The status stayed at “processing” till I e-mailed on 12/9 asking when it would ship. Seller stated there were USPS issues and would re-ship. By 12/24, still had not received this top that was supposed to have been a Christmas gift, but seller repeatedly insisted it had re-shipped even though there was no tracking updates/ movement. Luckily, Jane support understandingly refunded me due to the frustrations I was having. As of 1/3, the tracking has not changed. It obviously never shipped either time. Order from this company at your own risk.

Hi Kathy. It almost sounds like you are saying we never shipped or reshipped your item. I am sure that is not what you mean to convey because you have clearly seen the tracking of your item in transit, which we sent screenshot of, and you also have acknowledged as such: "I understand, i have the updated tracking..." As for the refund, we did not immediately issue it precisely because we reshipped your item at your request. We can't both send a replacement and then also refund your money a few days after shipping it. Allowing a reasonable time for the item to arrive and then refund if it didn't was the course of action we agreed to.
