So so cute! It is a tad bit snug in the shoulders/arms. But I wouldn't worry about sizing up. Just know it may be a tad bit tight. So cute and soft material. Very happy with my purchase! **update: I wore this once and the color started coming out! It ruined the tank I had on under it. That was before I ever washed it. I washed it and now it's basically white with a little blue left in it. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
