These have a lot of compression. I kind of wish I had gotten the next size up, but still, I wore them to do yoga this morning. They stayed in place through all the bends and lunges. They are a nice this fabric. I recommend them! I got a Small, normally wear a 4-6. I am 5'3 and weigh 130 lbs.
