I never received my product
It took a month for the product to ship, then after waiting ANOTHER month for it to arrive, I contacted the seller and got no response.
I ordered and paid for 2 --received 1 -I was told they would send the other and it was never sent!!
The stake that supports the fuzzy side broke on my second use. Now it is 50% useless.
While this is a really cute idea it is poorly executed. The cart key is made of a less than durable foam core material similar to that of a temporary promotional sign. My main issue though is that the custom design is upside down. The orientation of the design seams to make since in the pictures, but not in reality. When hanging from the keychain clip which is where it is 90% of the time, it is upside down. I wish I could attach a picture to display what a major problem this is for the design of this product.
Literally came in broken. Would be nice if i could use it. Y
How do I contact the seller about shipping an item that USPS returned to them?
Got this for my husband as his AirPods are nasty. He said he likes it and has used it several times.
got this as a gift for my mom. the box it came in was opened, but nothing was damaged.
No issues. Cleaned up a lot of gunk from air pods.
