I sent three emails to cancel my order . One as soon as it was placed and two soon after. Never got response and received my order a couple of days ago. Stockings are nice but terrible customer service response.

Loved the product, but poor customer service. I emailed them right after purchase to change my monogram. Monogram was wrong ( my fault) but I never heard anything back. Would love to order more, but not sure I will.
