Contacted seller for a week and half after it was supposed to have shipped- all that it showed was a shipping label was created. I emailed several times. Jane tried contacting them as well- no response to either. :(

I ordered 10 shirts. The company sent me one of the shirts in the wrong color. We are now unable to do our scheduled family pictures! Natty Threads has not replied to my e-mails regarding the matter. It was a waste of money. I am very disappointed!

Do not order from this vendor. Read all consistent reviews that they do not ship the product or respond to emails. As another review states, my order says shipped on March 27. When looking at the tracking number it states "In Transit to Destination" as of March 28, 5:02pm. Nothing else. I will be contacting Jane for a full refund.

I still have not recieved my shirts, I wanted my kids to wear them the week before Easter and on Easter Sunday... .:( Tried to contact seller and still nothing. I don't like that they printed the shipping label on the date they said it would ship and then it never shipped on that date?

This order was supposed to be shipped on April 3- but was finally shipped today. I emailed the seller twice to inquire about shipping and never got a response. Order was only shipped because I requested a refund through Jane customer service. Never heard a word from seller. Avoid this business! Multiple reviews say the same thing.
