Love this shirt great fit

Description says to size down for a fitted look, so that's what I did. I usually wear a large, but ordered a medium bc I wanted a fitted look- it is still too big. It looks terrible on. They're not fitted at all, definitely like a t-shirt. Also, it took forever to ship! I honestly thought they just took my money. Fortunately, it finally shipped and I received it, but I was very unhappy with the wait.

I washed it, go to put it on and there is a big hole in the side. Honestly, I think it was not sewn at the seam properly. Tried to email the company two different times, no response either time. Very, very disappointed.
