I love the shirt, but I do not love the customer service. I tried to contact them multiple times through email checking the status on my order after it’s taken nearly a month to be delivered and I never received not one single reply. I also received my shirt with the wrong font on it, and I’m really doubtful that that issue will be resolved.

My order was due to ship on November 2 at the latest. After it did not ship by the ship date, I emailed the seller numerous times to try to get information about my order because i needed it by a certain date. I never received any communication about my order or package. I finally gave up and it shipped four days late. I will not be ordering from this seller again.

Still haven’t received! Seller won’t respond to emails.

Still hasn’t shipped.. ordered almost a month ago

Seller refuses to respond to multiple emails regarding a mistake they made on shirts I purchased! The “B” on my shirts looks like an R because the bottom of the letter is not closed- it is open. Even better, they closed the second “B” in the initials so it definitely looks incorrect. They won’t even respond with the help of Jane support!

New favorite shirt!

I have still not received the product I ordered from them on October 18th. Have contacted the seller and no response.

I purchased this shirt on October 17th and I still have not received it. My order still says 'processing' but the seller will not respond to my emails when I ask about the status of the order. It has now been 10 days past the ship by date. Very displeased with this purchase.

The seller never sent this item though I paid in full!
