LOVE!! So soft and comfy!
Placed the order and received shipping notification. About 5 days later it was marked returned to original sender. I emailed the company. No response. I contacted JANE support. They contacted the seller. Still no response. JANE ended up refunding me. I would never purchase an item from Natty Threads. I consider it irresponsible to have no communication with a customer who has already made payment.
