The shirt arrived with stains on it. But after letting them know, they replaced it immediately. Good customer service!

I love this shirt! It is more of a fitted t-shirt though. I thought it would be a regular T-shirt.

Received my tee with multiple holes in it. Natty Threads said they would replace but never did and they never refunded my money. They responded quickly to my first email sayin they would replace but have ignored my emails since. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I also don't like paying for nothing.

This shirt runs very small. It is very tight in shoulders & bust. The review said it was a unisex shirt. I normally wear an x-small in clothing and that is this size I ordered. I emailed the company and received no response.

I received my order and loved my shirts. However, one of the shirts I ordered and paid for was not in my shipment. I contacted the seller to which no reply. I have contacted the people at the Jane website who have also tried to get in contact with the seller and I still haven't heard anything from the seller. I am currently waiting to see what the next step is in getting my shirt or getting a refund! I am not happy about paying for something I didn't receive and not getting a reply!! I hope this is resolved soon!

The description said unisex fit and was not. I tried to contact them twice about exchanging it for a bigger size and they still have not contacted me back. Jane support also sent an email and no response!!!

Very disappointed. I ordered this shirt for my daughter for a gift and the initials were wrong . I emailed twice but never got a response.

I received the shirt as described. It’s cute, but worried after one washing it won’t last. I emailed the seller twice during the two week wait time just to get a status on things, and not once did they return an email.

Cute shirt but I ordered my regular size for a more roomy fit and it is too small.
