Horrible customer service! Tried to cancel the order by sending 3 emails... still haven’t gotten a response and the package was delivered! Also takes forever to ship! Will not be be buying from this company again!

Ordered this cute item, never received item or updated on status. Attempted to contact seller multiple times myself as well as with assistance of Jane customer service. Seller never responded to any emails. Refund was issued, but I’m disappointed.
