I love the print but took a gamble on the size and it’s too big- and usually boutique stuff runs small. It’s probably too late to get a smaller size :(

I waited several weeks to get this special Christmas gift I had ordered and when it arrived it wasn’t the shirt I ordered. It was the wrong size and the wrong initials on the monogram. I wasn’t irritated at 1st because I thought it was just a little mix up and they would make it right. I emailed them immediately and after no response I sent another email the following day. After no response I contacted the support team and got an immediate reply that said the seller had 2 days to respond to my email and this was sent to me as well as the seller. The 2 days went by with no response so now I’ve contacted customer service again. The shirt I received is really nice but I know noone with those initials. Now I’m just trying to get my refund and have to scramble around to find another gift.

The design was bright and just like pictured. The sleeves are long and definitely need to be rolled. Shipped fairly quickly.

Said it would be shipped 11/24. It is now 12/6 and still says processing. Needed these shirts for a school function and never heard back about when it will be shipped.
