Puff Monogrammed Leopard Tees

This is the second time to purchase this shirt. I love the first one, but the second time I bought the shirt the monogram is not placed correctly. It is off to the left and off centered. Please advise on how to get another shirt or a refund. Great customer service. They are sending me another shirt.
