Really disappointed with this seller. I received a shipment notification but the item never actually shipped and when I inquired as to when the item would ship I got an immediate response that they would investigate and follow up but I never heard from them again. I contacted Jane directly and they requested that Natty Threads give me an update within 2 days but after 4 and no word Jane issued me a refund. Beware of this seller because you may never actually get what you ordered.
