Excellent customer service!

I would NOT recommend purchasing this shirt. On the item description, the shirt said it was a unisex fit and could be sized down. I ordered a medium (my normal size) and when it arrived, it was a ladies fit. Definitely not the same thing. I attempted to contact the seller TWICE to exchange it and never received a response. The shirt is low quality, and the lack of customer service is even lower quality.

Perfect, like all B&C tees. Soft and loose while still somewhat fitted so it’s not shapeless! I order one size down from my normal.

These are so soft! the length is great and the color is just what they showed. I got a small and it runs true to size for a unisex tee. If you want a fitted look I would size down.

Shrinks a ton with each wash. Cute shirt. Do not put it in the dryer.

I have contacted this shop twice in an attempt to have them re-create a stocking for me after sending the wrong one with a misspelled name with no response. I love the product but it has been tainted by the customer service.

Never received my order and I reached out to the seller and got no response. Still would love to get the shirt. Trying anything now to hear back from them.

I really hate leaving a 3 star review, but it’s the seller’s fault because they won’t respond to my email. I ordered 2 shirts, supposed to be unisex sizing, and only one of them was actually unisex. The other one was a lady fit and it was super small! I’ve tried emailing the seller and they won’t email me back, so that’s why they only get 3 stars. As far as the shirt that was right and fits, I love it.. just wished they’d help me get the right size in the other one.

Never received and have not heard a reply back from anyone.

Cute shirt but the material is really rough. Not your typical soft cotton T-shirt.
