I received my shirt and it has a dark spot on the front of the shirt. I contacted customer support and was told a replacement would be sent and it wasn’t an issue. It has now been a month and I can’t get a response and have not received my shirt.

I always get compliments when I wear it!

Really cute! Exactly as pictured.

My 1 star review is not for the quality of this product but the customer service I received. I emailed the seller within an hour of my purchase requesting to change the color I purchased. I did not hear back from the seller for a couple of days and at that point they told me it was too late and they could not change my order. I then asked to cancel my order and have my money refunded to which they completely IGNORED me. I have ordered from Jane for over 2 years and always recommend it to friends but sellers with customer service such as this should not be allowed to participate on this site. The sweatshirt also did not fit like a typical sweatshirt would. The band at the bottom was much smaller and not fitted around so it gives it a wider look.
