Never received my order. I want my money back or my stockings ASAP!

The stockings were adorable, but one of my stockings had a misspelled name. When trying to contact the seller twice, I still have yet to get any response. Cute product, but questionable customer service.

Still haven’t received me order!!!! Keep getting emails that it will be sent out soon but still haven’t seen it

I would honestly give zero stars if that was an option. I have not received my order from this company. I have reached out to them but have not heard back. I have ordered from Jane previously without an issue, but would not recommend ordering from this particular seller.

My order was supposed to ship 12 days ago. I have contacted the seller two times, and have heard nothing back! Not a huge deal that the order is late, but with not hearing back from the seller I am not pleased at all. I am just hoping I get my order.
