If I could leave a review for 0 stars I would. I was so excited to receive my sweatshirt, but when it arrived it was not what I had put in the personalization box. I reached out to the vendor multiple times (over 3) asking if this was their normal process or if they went by what was requested in the personalization box and NEVER got a response! I would NOT recommend buying from the vendor. I was very disappointed to not get any response from them to me or to the Jane employees who also reached out to them on my behalf twice. Very disappointed with the service and the product that was received since it was not what was indicated in the order. Not worth the price, especially when they do not do what is requested. Thank you Jane employees for all your help and understanding with this issue, Jane.com was very supportive and helpful with the issue.

The way the shirt is pictured is misleading. To get that look you have to roll and sew the sleeves so they stay in place.

Horrible customer service! There was a mistake with my custom order and it was sent back to the business. Both myself as well as Jane attempted to contact the company multiple times and they ignored all contact. Now I’m out a birthday gift I ordered. This business makes Jane look bad.

The shirt is adorable and the puff letters look great. My only complaint is that the burgundy color looks red. Unfortunately, it is nowhere near our team color so I can’t wear it.

The cutest sweatshirt for my little girl! Can't wait for cooler weather so she can wear it!
