The shirt is so soft and the colors are perfect!

I received my order on 3/30/20 and have emailed this seller twice because I received an incorrect order. Wrong color shirt with the wrong initials. They have totally ignored my emails. I know we are going through a difficult time but that is no excuse to give poor customer service. They could at least return my email and acknowledge my issue. I am sending the shirt back to the seller and will not purchase from this seller again.
