Letters are not royal blue, it's navy blue and there is a string through one of the letters

I ordered two shirts and one arrived damaged. I’ve tried to contact them twice with no response. I like the undamaged shirt but can’t recommend them if they fall apart so easily.

I order black leopard with burgundy but it looks red. Disappointing because it was supposed to be my college shirt. Otherwise very cute.
