I ordered this sweatshirt for a birthday gift for our granddaughter. We had her school colors and mascot name embroidered on it. The day it came, I opened it and realized there was a mistake. I immediately emailed the seller. The color of the sweatshirt was correct, size and color of the stitching was correct, but the word was totally wrong. I thought maybe I had gotten someone else's order. I emailed the company four different time on different days, giving them time to respond. I even sent a picture of the sweatshirt I received. I have yet to get any kind of response from this company. I am assuming they are choosing just to ignore the situation. All I wanted was for them to make the order right. It would have been a really cute sweatshirt, had it been correct.

I never received the 2 sweatshirts that I ordered. I also reached out to the seller and never received a response.

I am extremely disappointed. The color of the shirt in the photo is our team color, the bright red, the shirt I received is Maroon. I wish I could return it.

Happy enough with the product but customer services is the pits. I reached out 5 times to check on shipping status because it was 2+ weeks late and never heard back. I reached out to Jane customer service directly and heard back within hours. Will not buy from this seller again for that reason.

I reached out twice already and I still have not heard anything. My item has yet to come. I would like my product please. Or a refund.
