This shirt arrived with a huge hole in the seam when I contacted the seller I didn’t not get a response it’s been weeks. Super cute shirt but I can’t wear it due to the hole

I received the wrong size, color, and mascot name. I reached out to the seller twice with no response. I had to contact Jane directly. They messaged the seller twice also and got no response. I ended up with a refund from Jane. I also contacted the seller on social media before leaving a negative review, but no response there either. From looking at the reviews, it seems this seller is a repeat offender. I will not be purchasing from them again. With almost as many 1 star reviews as 5 star, I wonder why Jane continues to let them sell.

Ordered two wrong color supposed to be red and they were maroon. So disappointed and they did not offer to replace

Not good quality shirt. Arms were also too baggy.

Super comfy and color was on point but I expected it to be longer in length.

Good quality shirt. Soft. True to size. Did not shrink when I washed and dried. Would definitely order again, maybe in the v neck next time :)
