Received this shirt with a tear in the decal , I have emailed the company but have not heard back from them 😠

This item did not meet me expectations. The shipping took longer than expected. Once it did come, I received someone else's order. I reached out to them but never heard back. Jane Support also out and they still did not answer. Super disappointed because the order o did receive was adorable. I'm forced to give it one star since it's a review but I would prefer to give it zero stars. I would not order from this boutique as they offer no support for their items.
