The shirts are pretty and have potential. Unfortunately my monogram had a large amount of spacing between the middle name letter (letter on the right) and the last name letter (that is located in the middle). It was a good 4 inches of difference to where it looks off to the naked eye. I contacted customer service and did not get a response for a week. I then contacted them again and got a quicker response and they just told me that it's supposed to look that way. I wish that it would've looked like the monograms in the picture, but it doesn't. I ordered 2 shirts.

The orange color is perfect and it is so comfortable.

Took a little longer to arrive than I expected but I am so in love with this sweatshirt. It is my new fall staple, tidy stitching, perfect-sized letters, especially when looking for something a little different for football season to rep your team! So happy with this find.
