It comes exactly as described, however read closely. The size is small and it’s just on the side of the collar so if you have hair longer than shoulder length and wear it down with this— it will look like you are wearing a completely plain sweatshirt with absolutely nothing on it. If you have a pixie cut or never wear your hair down then this wouldn’t be a problem. Super cute idea and looks great on the hanger but it’s just ok.
